Beth Skaggs, Receptionist

Beth is a Receptionist at Greiner Orthopedics, where Beth brings 16 years medical experience to our company.  Beth takes great pride in her customer service skills and makes sure our patients are taken care of, including going the extra mile to get them scheduled when needed, answering phones, and making the check in and check out process run smoothly. Beth’s medical experience with insurance billing allows her to understand our patients of all ages, and to help them with all their questions and needs. Beth can work with patients and explain billing issues or help get billing resolved. She is professional and greets our patients with a smile every day! When Beth is off the clock, she like to spend her free time with her husband and children who are active in Grain Valley sports (football and baseball). One of Beth’s favorite names is “Mimi” as she is the grandmother of three soon to be five grandchildren.  Beth takes great pride in her role as a mother, Mimi, friend, and employee.
